The journey of inventing the Ring Thing® has been unexpectedly and quite happily multifaceted - it‘s been more than just developing a new product. It is the manifestation of my passion, love of rings, deciding to take a risk, jumping in to learn a new world and getting out of my comfort zone. Through this journey, I discovered the power of persistence, believing in myself, and finding that the solution to one of my problems can also be of help to others.
I have grown so much as a person and as a business woman. And I continue to learn new things. I love hearing the stories of rings - where they came from, the meaning behind them, and the emotional value of them. I‘ve learned that rings can have value in so many ways. Sometimes it‘s the monetary value, but most often it‘s the emotional value. Perhaps it‘s an engagement or wedding ring, or a family heirloom that‘s been passed through generations. Sometimes it‘s a symbol of personal triumph and a gift someone gave to themselves. In all cases, the value of rings has meaning to the wearer. For me, knowing that the Ring Thing® helps to protect both the monetary value and the memories involved means the world to me. That is a result that I didn‘t anticipate and for which I am most grateful!
